How To Make Your Face Thinner Makeup Tutorial

January 4, 2020 By Makeup Tutorials

Drop several pounds in your face with these easy tips; just follow the tutorial!

Makeup can do many wonderful things to our skin and our overall look. If you’re aiming to lose weight in your face, or want to look thinner, get a kick start and apply makeup in such a way to trim the fat and make yourself appear skinnier.  This, my friends, is why I love makeup. With a few simple highlighting and contouring tricks, it’s easy to slim your face with makeup.

1. Makeup Products to Make Your Face Thinner

You will need contour color, highlight color, a brush, and beauty sponge.

Start by finding your contour color. You can use either concealer or bronzer for this. These products should  be two shades darker than your skin tone. You’ll also need a highlighter and or concealer. This should also be a shade lighter than your skin tone.

2. Slimming Cheeks | How to Make Your Face Thinner with Makeup

Start by applying your contour shade in line from the middle of your cheek up towards your ear. Higher lines slim your face more. Apply highlighter on your cheekbone from the center of your eye to just past the outside corner of your eye. Blend, blend, blend!

3. Slimming Nose | How to Make Your Face Thinner With Makeup

Apply highlighter in a straight line down the bridge of your nose. Use a thin line of your contour shade along the sides of your nose to right above your nostrils. Blend in evenly. This elongates the nose, and trims the sides.

4. Work The Eyes | How to Make Your Face Thinner With Makeup

Larger, brighter eyes have a slimming effect on your face. Keep your lips more neutral. Use a glimmer shadow to brighten eyes.

Mascara and liner help make eyes look larger and bolder. Keep eyeliner away from the inner rim, and just around the outer edges.
