DIY Face Mask | All Natural and Healthy Skin Food
Have I told you that I really like face masks? At first, I thought I didn’t need them because I religiously put my moisturizer anyway. But no…face masks are very different! Moisturizers hydrate the skin, but if you want a really intense moisturizer for those tough days, face masks are the answer! However, buying sheet masks can get really expensive, and the best masks out there are quite pricey. So what do we do? We make a DIY face mask made of all-natural ingredients that our skin will really enjoy!
What You’ll Need:
- Avocado
- Milk
- Honey
Step 1: Put the avocado in a mixing bowl.
Slice the avocado in half. Remove the pit. Using a spoon or fork, scoop out the avocado and put everything in a mixing bowl. Why avocado? This fruit is known for revitalizing and nourishing the skin.
Step 2: Add the milk.
Add milk on the avocado, just the right amount to make an avocado paste. Milk also helps in softening the skin.
Step 3: Pour some honey into the mixture.
It’s really up to you how much honey you want to use. Honey is known for its healing properties and retaining moisture in the skin.
Step 4: Mix everything together.
All you have to do now is mix everything together. Make sure that the avocados are squashed properly and you’ve created a paste-like mixture.
That’s it! Your nourishing DIY face mask is ready for application. Just put it gently on your face and leave for 30 minutes!
Wasn’t that yummy? Oh, sorry! I meant wasn’t that easy and fun? Let’s do more!
