This video tutorial offers some really clever advice on how to apply liquid eyeliner very quickly (literally she does it in seconds)! Secrets of Black Eyeliner | Guide to Making the Perfect Winged Tip Line
1.) Instead of drawing one straight line across your eyes, try pulling on your eyelid so that it is taut. This method allows you to draw as closely to your lashes as possible.
2.) HINT: If you’re applying it yourself, it is important to make sure your arm is resting flat on a table top. Make thin wispy stokes starting in the middle of your eyelid moving slowly . This allows you to create a reference point without making any mistakes (like creating a line that is too thick and smudges).
3.) To finish up your look, make sure to dip a Q tip in an oil free makeup remover and wipe away any bit of eyeliner that may have gone astray.
Things You’ll Need:
1.) Felt Tip Applicator Eyeliner
The video recommends using Borghese Cosmetics. They also recommend using a felt tip applicator for beginners because they are easier to manipulate and you’ll have better results.
