However if you are lucky enough to fit pedicures in your schedule every couple of weeks this foot scrub will work for you as well because it helps you to maintain your pedicure until your next visit. A great advantage is you know that you are using all natural products on your feet and it is inexpensive. Another great advantages is you do not have to worry about using pedicure razors that tends to leave your feet feeling hard a week after your pedicure. It will also prevent possible cuts or taking off too much skin which leave your feet feeling raw and tender.

All You Need : Bowl or Empty Recycling Jar, Spoon, 1 cup (salt/sugar), 1 tbsp (olive oil)

SUGGESTION:  add a few drops of the essential oil of your choice to your foot scrub such as Peppermint (Will Add a Refreshing Feeling) or Lavender (Will Add a Relaxing Feeling).

Salt Scrub ~ Kosher Salt, Olive oil, optional essential oil. Then you will blend ingredients together with spoon. Now massage salt scrub into feet one at a time. After massaging each foot then you may rinse. Lastly you can apply the moisturizer of your choice to your feet then cover your feet with sleeping socks.
Sugar Scrub ~ Raw Sugar Cane, Olive oil, optional essential oil. Then you will blend together with spoon. Now massage sugar scrub into feet one at a time.
