Glitter Makeup Is In And Here’s How To Nail It

Unleash that dashing diva!  Sometimes it’s good to try something new and different. Sparkling glitter makeup is a fun way to look glamorous while only putting on a little glitter. You won’t have to put on costly diamonds, just a dazzling eyeshadow that will sparkle like the stars in the sky! Learn how to create the best glitter makeup without looking crazy through this tutorial.

What You’ll Need:

  • MAC Eyeshadow in Blanc Type
  • L’Oreal Eyeshadow Quad in Neutrals 
  • Annabelle Eyeshadow in Champagne
  • NYX Glitter Cream Eyeshadow Palette of Royal Violets
  • MAC Glitter in 3D Gold
  • MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack
  • L’Oreal Voluminous Mascara
  • False Lashes 

Step 1: Apply The Base Eyeshadow

Apply base eyeshadow – all over the lid to the brow bone. This will make the glitter makeup on the eyes look more glowy and colorful.

Step 2: Create Definition

Create a definition. Take a beige and medium eyeshadow then apply it to the crease and blend them.

Step 3: Create A Highlight

Create a highlight. Take a shimmery shadow and apply to the brow bone and inner corner of the eye. Take a cream shimmer shade and apply it to the lid as a base.

Step 4: Apply The Loose Glitter Makeup

Take the loose glitter and apply it to the cream eyeshadow then blend it into the crease.

Step 5: Apply Eyeliner

Apply a thin liner on the upper lash line then flick it out to the outer corner.

Step 6: Apply Your Mascara

Apply mascara to upper and lower lashes. This will further enhance the color of your glitter makeup.

Step 7: Apply Glitter Makeup Under The Eyes

With the brush used on the glitter, apply the remaining glitter to the lower part of the eye. Emphasize the color of the eyes and the glitter eyeshadow with an eyeliner pencil.

Apply false eyelashes. For the finishing touches apply a little glitter to the brow bone.
