With the #eyeslipsface having 4.8 billion views since it’s launch in December, the giant beauty company decided to up the ante and join in raising social distancing and proper hygiene awareness in lieu of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Many of us are in the comforts of our home while practicing self-quarantine. And a fun yet meaningful way to fight boredom is to contribute to raising awareness through the now called #eyeslipsfacesafe TikTok dance challenge.

How to Join the Elf Cosmetics Tiktok Challenge?
The remix version now called Eyes.Lips.Face.Safe has reached 11,900 views on TikTok helping spread the importance of following CDC’s social distancing and handwashing guidelines.
The famous Elf Cosmetics’ lyrics go, “Only look with your eyes, air a kiss with them lips, attitude don’t touch your face.” The viral TikTok challenge also comes with a dance involving washing your hands.
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Open the TikTok app on your phone. (You can easily install it for free if you don’t have it yet)
Step 2: Watch the original video starring iLL Wayno and Holly FyeSixWun.

Beauty & Fashion Industry Rising to Help
Cruelty-free nail polish brand Orly International announced that they will be producing hand sanitizers to help fight the virus.
Furthermore, luxury fashion brands previously pledged donations to fight coronavirus. The parent company of high-fashion brands like Gucci, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Saint Laurent, and Ulysse Nardin, The Kering Group donated US$1.08 million to the Red Cross Foundation in Hubei.
“Our thoughts are with the many impacted by the novel coronavirus outbreak, and therefore we have decided to donate the funds as an immediate contribution to assist,” CEO François-Henri Pinault explained.
Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Celine, and Fendi’s, mother company LVMH Moët Hennessy, pledged US$2.3 million to the Chinese Red Cross Foundation.
